A bedding solution that gets rid of bed bugs
One topic that hasn’t come up much on the site, but is a recurring topic with friends is bed bugs. The way these creatures can quickly spread and are almost impossible to get rid of strikes fear in a lot of people’s hearts. Added to that is the sporadic reports from high density cities that bed bugs have begun appearing again, and you have people asking what they can do about it. Innovative Textile Solutions has found an answer.
The company’s products have been approved by the Environmental Protection Agency and offers a bedding solution that will kill any bugs that are in contact with it and digs into the bedding to kill the bugs where they live. Most bed bug solutions feature a design that emphasizes “capturing” or “containing” the bed bugs, but Innovative Textile has taken it a step further with a system that aggressively kills the bugs.

The products are 99% chemically free and are reported to be odorless, safe, and effective in their efforts. I’m not 100% sure how their system works, but I guess it’s enough to simply know that it is working and that it’ll get the job done. The system is based on equipment used by the United States military to protect soldiers from insect based disease.

If you’re anti-killing of bugs, the video may not be down your aisle, and it’s also not fun to watch if you don’t like the site of bed bugs. Still, it is nice to know how this stuff works, even if it’s over my head.
